08/29/2024 Release Notes - System Updates

Reserve Release Feature: We are pleased to announce the ability to issue reserve releases independently of purchasing invoices. This functionality can be accessed via the left-hand navigation menu, under "Reserve Releases".

Client Portal Users Linked: Previously, a design flaw in the client portal prevented some clients from accessing shared information. Specifically, invoices submitted by one user were not visible to other users under the same client account. We have now resolved this issue by linking data across all users within each client account, ensuring consistent visibility for all users.

Client Portal Manual Entry Option: Client portal users now have the ability to manually enter invoices. On the Invoices page, they will find a "Create Invoice" button, which opens a side panel allowing them to input invoice details manually and attach relevant documents. Please refer to the examples below for further clarification.

Verbiage Change: A slight verbiage change to one of the tabs on the Invoices page. We updated "Open" to now show as "Funded"

  • We have identified and resolved an issue where an unselected user role permission caused users assigned to that role to encounter multiple warning/error messages while navigating the system. This permission setting has been removed, and users should no longer experience these issues.
  • Some users encountered an issue where re-entering a previously deleted invoice resulted in a duplicate invoice error message. This issue has now been resolved and should no longer cause any disruptions.
