New in this edition

Edition 2.3 brings the guide current through the September 2026 releases. Features added in a specific release are flagged in the margin where they appear — New in 2026.8.8, New in 2026.8.20, New in 2026.9.7, and New in 2026.9.16 — so returning readers can see exactly what changed and when.

Highlights added since the previous edition:

  • Custom GL codes, completed. GL codes connected to your own bank accounts, an origin account selection at approve-for-funding, and renameable descriptions on the standard system GL codes.
  • Report Scheduler. Reports emailed automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly schedule.
  • Collection Statuses and No Buy reasons. Factor-defined lists, configured the same way as labels.
  • Fee per Invoice at the client level, overriding the term's fee at approval.
  • Over Payment Credits (optional), with a new Credits tab on the Chargeback screen.
  • Funding instruction improvements — active/inactive status, a favorite per payment type, and no card number required for Money Codes.
  • Debtor additions: Default Payment Term, Verification Email, a debtor changelog, FactorGenie credit data, and duplicate detection on new debtor requests.
  • Six report changes, including the new Fuel Advance Invoices, Closed Invoice Details, and Detail Buyout reports.

A small number of features are flagged New in 2026.9.30. That release was in the sandbox environment when this edition was published and may not be visible in your account yet.
