The Collections screen groups open invoices so you can work an account at a time and record what was said on each call.
Step 1 – Open Collections
In the left-hand menu, click Collections. Use the Client / Debtor toggle to choose how rows are grouped. Most collectors work by Debtor, so every invoice owed by one payer is together.
Step 2 – Narrow the list
- Use Search invoice number to jump to one invoice.
- Click Filter to narrow the list. The badge shows how many filters are active.
- Each row shows the number of open invoices in brackets, with Call Back Date, Will Pay Date and the aging balances.
Step 3 – Record a collection note
- Click the + beside a row to expand it. Invoice detail loads only when a row is expanded, which is what keeps the screen fast.
- Select the invoices you want to note.
- Click Update, enter the note, and set the Call Back Date or Will Pay Date where the debtor has committed to one.
- Save. The note is written to every invoice you selected.
Reset clears unsaved changes. Export Invoices downloads the list you are looking at.
