Uploading and Scanning Invoice Documents

The Upload page reads your invoice PDFs or photos and fills in the invoice details for you. You check the details, then submit the invoice to your factor. The numbers on each screenshot are explained in the key under it.

Step 1 – Add your files

Click Upload in the left menu, then drag and drop your invoice files or click Upload Files. PDF, JPEG and PNG files are accepted.

# What it is
1 The documents in this scan. Click one to view it
2 The document type the scan detected
3 Confidence: how sure the scan is about what it read. Lower scores need a closer check
4 Debtor (required). The scan may not pick this, so choose it from the list
5 Reference Number. Fill it in if the scan left it blank
6 Invoice number, Total rate (amount) and Date, read from the document
7 Preferred payment method

Step 4 – Submit

Scroll to the bottom of the details and click Submit Documents to send the invoice to your factor.

Scans you haven't submitted yet are saved on the Drafts tab of the Invoices page. Each draft shows a scan job ID instead of an invoice number. Click EDIT to open it, finish the details and submit it.
