Use Create Invoice to send one invoice to your factor by typing in its details. To send many at once, see Importing Invoices from a CSV File. To have the portal read an invoice PDF for you, see Uploading and Scanning Invoice Documents.
- Go to Invoices and click Create Invoice in the top right corner.
- Fill in the form. Client is already filled in with your company name.

| 3 | Invoice | Your invoice number |
| 4 | Reference | A purchase order, job or project number, or other reference |
| 5 | Amount | The full invoice total |
| 6 | Date | The invoice date. It defaults to today, so change it if needed |
| 7 | Due Date | When payment is due. If you leave it blank, it is calculated from the payment terms your factor has set up with that debtor. If no terms are set up, the invoice will have no due date, so enter it yourself |

- Scroll down to finish the form.
