The Dashboard is the landing screen. It summarises your portfolio as it stands right now.
Factor Portfolio
- AR Balance – total outstanding receivables you have purchased.
- Escrow Balance – funds held in escrow reserve across all clients.
- Cash Reserve Balance – client funds held in cash reserves.
- NFE – net funds employed.
Daily Volume
Today's activity only, each with an invoice count beneath it:
- Approved Invoice Amount – approved for funding today.
- Funded Invoice Amount – actually funded today.
- Received Payments Amount – payments received today.
These reset daily, so zeros early in the morning are normal.
Aging buckets
Aging Buckets Amounts charts your AR by age. Aging Buckets Percentage shows the same split as a share of total AR, banded 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 91–120 and 120+ days. Use the percentage view to spot concentration in the older bands.
Top clients and debtors
Below the aging charts, two ranked lists show where your exposure is concentrated:
- Top Clients by NFE – the clients with the most funds employed, largest first.
- Top Debtors by Open AR – the debtors owing the most on open invoices, largest first.
A single client or debtor near the top of either list with a large share of the total is a concentration risk worth watching.
