Out Of System (OOS) Feature: You can now create OOS invoices directly from a payment. While posting a payment, an OOS button will be visible at the top right of the screen.
Payment Issue Resolved: The issue of all payments being incorrectly tagged as short payments has been resolved.
Fuel Advance (FA) Client Settings: The FA maximum percentage and minimum fee specified in the client's profile will now be displayed when creating a Fuel Advance. The system will allow the creation of the FA even if the amount exceeds the maximum percentage or the fee falls below the minimum. However, a warning label will be provided to indicate whether the amounts align with the client's FA settings. See examples below.
This view shows the amounts are being met based on the clients FA settings. This blue flag will always be there as a reminder of those settings.
This view demonstrates warning messages if you are not within the clients FA Settings and needs adjusting. *REMINDER* the system will not prevent the FA from being created at this point and will allow the user to create and fund the FA.
Manual Transactions Export Issue: When exporting manual transactions, if there is an offsetting entry it would not be shown on the export CSV file. This has been corrected and you will now find two new columns on the CSV file indicating if there was an offsetting entry and for which ledger.
Client Portal - Credit Checks: Client portal users will now have a new screen for Debtors. This screen will allow them to view all debtors in the system, view the debtors credit details, view debtors they have a relationship with, and request credit for debtors they are not linked with. There is a new screen on the factor side “Credit Requests” where you can manage any credit requests submitted from the client portal.
Client Portal - New Debtor Request: Client portal users will also have an option to request a brand-new debtor if not found in the active list of debtors. Your client will need to enter the debtors company name, full address, email address, and ph# in order to submit the request (see below). Once they submit a request, you will be able to manage these on the new Credit Request screen.
