06/23/2026 Release Notes - System Updates

GENERAL UPDATES

New: No Buy Warnings on Approve for Funding
The "Credit Limit Warnings" section on the Approve for Funding blade has been renamed to "Warnings" and now includes a No Buy alert. When a Client, Broker, or Debtor on the funding is flagged as No Buy, a warning lists each affected company with a link that opens the company profile in a new tab. All funding warnings are now consolidated into this single section.

New: NOA Placement Setting
Added the ability to control where the NOA appears within billing documents — First, Last, or After Invoice. The setting is configurable per debtor under Billing Information, with a default set at the factor level. The default remains "Last" for all new and existing debtors and factors, matching current behavior.

New: NOA Accepted Indicator on Relationships
Added a green flag on the Client/Broker–Debtor relationship screen that marks the first time a debtor paid an invoice in full — the point at which the NOA is considered accepted. Hovering over the flag displays the payment reference number and the date the payment was applied. Existing relationships have been backfilled so the indicator reflects prior payments.

New: Preferred Payment Method Column on Invoices
Added a Preferred Payment Method column and matching filter to the invoice list. Split methods display as "SPLIT" with a hover tooltip showing the split breakdown. Users can filter by a specific method (ACH, Check, etc.) or by SPLIT.

New: Funding Screen Totals Count
The Fund and Funded tabs now show a count of how many invoice groups are ready for each payment type (for example, "4" next to Wire), giving users quick visibility into what is ready to fund.

New: Billing Document Download
Users can now download a copy of the billing documentation that was last sent to the debtor, directly from the invoice Documents tab. The download shows the date and time the file was generated (factor timezone). The Combined Document link has also been moved to the Documents tab, with both links shown together.

New: Select & Download Invoice Documents
On the invoice Documents tab, users can now select specific documents and download them together as a single file. This is separate from the existing option to request the full document file from invoice details.

Update: Split Funding Auto-Calculate
When entering split funding amounts, an "Apply Remaining" button now appears on the last empty split and auto-fills the exact difference needed so the splits add up to the total advance. This prevents funding batches from failing due to a split mismatch.

New: Fuel Advance Auto-Attach Settings
Added a new factor-level setting that controls which Fuel Advance types are automatically selected on the Approve for Funding screen. Options include No Auto Attach, Auto Attach All, Auto Attach Fuel Advance Invoices Only, and Auto Attach Fuel Advance Credits Only. The Approve for Funding screen now automatically applies the selected preference when displaying eligible Fuel Advances.

Update: QuickBooks Daily Push Restriction Removed
Removed the restriction that allowed data to be pushed to QuickBooks only once in a 24-hour period. Users can now push consecutive date ranges back-to-back on the same day. Each individual range still pushes only once.

Update: Generated Invoice Changes Tracked in Changelog
The company changelog now captures changes to the "Generate Invoice" field for clients. Multiple updates can be combined into a single changelog entry.

Update: Collection Notes Stored in Changelog
Collection notes now log directly to the invoice changelog instead of modifying the invoice notes field. Changelog entries are categorized as General or Collections, and the changelog can be filtered by All, General, or Collections.

REPORTS

Update: Aging by Debtor Report — AE Filter
Added an Account Executive filter to the Aging by Debtor Report. With an AE selected, only that AE's clients appear in the report.

Update: SS Receipts Report
Added an OOS Invoice filter to the SS Receipts Report. Also updated the Account Type filter by replacing the "NULL" option with "Chargebacks" for improved clarity when reporting on chargeback transactions.

BEHIND THE SCENES

New: INVOICE_DELETED Webhook
Added an INVOICE_DELETED webhook event so integration partners are notified when an invoice's status changes to deleted.

⏳ IN PROGRESS (NOT YET RELEASED)

The following items were not included in this deployment and will be released in a future update:

  • Triumph — Non-Transportation Debtors – Distinguishing between Transportation and General debtor types when submitting to Triumph, under two separate Triumph Types. Currently in QA, pending confirmation from the Triumph team.
  • Cost of Funds – Introducing invoice-level cost of funds tracking. This enhancement will allow factors to configure an interest rate and view the cost of funds calculated per invoice based on outstanding advanced amounts.
  • Referral Partner Commissions – We are working on a new Referral Partner Commission feature that will allow tracking and reporting of commissions for non-factor partners. This includes configurable commission structures and reporting to provide visibility into earnings by client and partner.
  • Over Advances – Introducing improved handling and tracking of over advance amounts.
