GENERAL UPDATES
New: Rebill from the Collections Screen
Invoices can now be rebilled directly from the Collections screen using the same workflow available on the Invoices screen. Multiple invoices across different clients and debtors can be rebilled at once (up to 100 invoices), and the standard confirmation prompts are included. Invoices without documentation cannot be rebilled unless the client is configured to generate invoices automatically.
New: Collections Column Updates
Added Callback Date and Will Pay Date columns to the Collections screen. The column order has also been updated to display the most important collection information first, including Client/Debtor, Invoice Number, Collection Status, Reference Number, Invoice Date, Funded Date, Callback Date, and Will Pay Date.
New: Chargeback Notes Column
Added a new Chargeback Notes column to the Chargebacks screen, allowing users to view notes without opening each chargeback.
New: Enhanced Internal Credit Requests
Internal credit requests now display additional client and debtor information to provide better context during the approval process. Requests now include associated debtors, client names, counterparty information, debtor No Buy status, and MC numbers where applicable.
New: Billing vs. Non-Billing Invoice Documents
Invoice documents can now be designated as either Billing or Non-Billing when uploaded. Non-billing documents remain attached to the invoice for internal use but are excluded from debtor-facing documentation. This is especially useful for broker invoices. This classification is optional and is supported in both the UI and API.
New: Invoice Import Debtor Matching by Code
Invoice imports now support matching debtors by Company Code before falling back to Company Name. Existing imports using only debtor names continue to function normally.
Import files are now also validated against the official import template. Files must contain the expected columns in the correct order. Files with missing, extra, or incorrectly ordered columns will be rejected before processing begins.
Fix: Invoice Upload Debtor Matching
Resolved an issue where invoice imports could fail with a "Debtor not found" error when debtor names contained leading or trailing spaces.
Fix: Invoice Documents Sorting
Resolved an issue where sorting by the Type column on the Invoice Documents screen only sorted records on the current page instead of the full result set.
Fix: Invoice PDF Generation
Resolved an issue that could cause generated invoice PDFs to become corrupt. Additional improvements have been made to strengthen PDF generation and document merging.
REPORTS
New: Receipts Report – Invoice Status Filter
Added an Invoice Status filter to the Receipts Report with Open and Closed options, making it easier to report on outstanding invoices while continuing to use the report's existing filters.
Performance Improvements
This release includes several performance enhancements, including faster mass funding, improved response times for the invoice list API used by high-volume integrations, and optimization of payment processing so only a single post-payment job is generated.
⌛ IN PROGRESS (NOT YET RELEASED)
The following features were not included in this deployment and will be released in a future update:
Multi-Currency Support
We're continuing work on multi-currency support, allowing factors to enable supported currencies and filter the entire system by a selected currency or view all currencies simultaneously.
Fee Escrow
A new Fee Escrow funding option is in development. This feature will allow a configurable percentage of invoice fees to be held in escrow at funding, tracked separately, and recognized as earned fee income when the invoice closes. Fee escrow amounts will also be reflected throughout funding screens and generated documents.
