07/08/2026 Release Notes - System Updates

GENERAL UPDATES

New: Redesigned Collections Screen

The Collections screen has been rebuilt to make working collections faster and easier. Invoices are now grouped by company directly in the table instead of the side panel, and the list loads continuously as you scroll rather than through paged navigation. New columns have been added, including Invoice Date, Reference Number, Funded Date, Callback Date, Will Pay Date, and aging buckets (0-30 through 181+ days) showing the invoice balance in each range, alongside Current, Balance, and Age, and columns have been reordered to surface the most important information first, with the MC number now shown alongside the Client/Debtor name. The collection update blade now displays company information for the selected invoices (name, address, phone, email, and MC number for the client and debtor) plus a dropdown of the company’s saved contacts for quick access to phone numbers and emails when making collection calls. Collection notes now work as a log rather than an editable document: notes are stored in the invoice Changelog without modifying invoice notes, changelog entries are categorized as General or Collections, and the Changelog can be filtered by category.
This can be managed in settings > Commissions and/or Commission Bonuses

New: Over Advances
Added full support for creating, tracking, and managing Over Advances, from funding through payoff or write off. When creating an Over Advance, users select one of two types: Flat Fee (over advance amount plus a flat fee, no schedule) or Amortization (system-generated payment schedule with principal and interest tracked separately). Payments can be applied directly to one or more Over Advances from the Apply Payment screen, in full or partial amounts, amortized over advances apply payments oldest to newest and applied payments can be withdrawn, reverting the over advance and its schedule to their previous state. A new Over Advances tab on the Write Off screen allows full or partial write offs, gated by a new user permission. Over Advances are tracked in their own separate ledger called "Over Advances," with ledger entries generated automatically for payments, withdrawals, and write offs.
Note: Over Advance chargebacks are temporarily unavailable on the Approve for Funding screen while they're updated for the new balance tracking but this option will come available in an upcoming release.
This can be enabled by going to Settings > System Configuration > Optional Features

New: Prefunding Approval Notifications
Added the ability to automatically email clients a Prefunding Notification when invoices are approved for funding. The notification includes a PDF summary of the approved invoices, funding totals, fees, reserve amounts, and net funding amount. This feature is configurable at the factor and client level and is disabled by default.
This can be enabled by going to Settings > System Configuration > Optional Features

New: Referral Partner Commissions
Added the ability to track and report commissions for Referral Partners — outside partners who refer clients to your factoring company. A new Commissions section allows factors to create Referral Partners and build reusable Commission Templates that define which fee types count toward commission, whether commission is based on Funded or Closed Invoices, a base commission percentage, and tiered rates that adjust over time based on First Funding date or a fixed date. Templates also support one-time bonuses, including a First Funding bonus and Threshold bonuses paid when a client reaches a set funding amount. Partners and templates are assigned on a client-by-client basis, and more than one partner can be associated with a client. The new Commission Partner Report shows each partner's earnings by client for a selected date range — including fee totals, commission totals with a per-fee-type breakdown, and tier-based calculations — and can be exported to CSV, Excel, or PDF. A separate One-Time Bonus screen tracks all bonus events and lets permissioned users mark bonuses paid or unpaid, with every status change logged.

Fix: Changelog Time zones
Resolved an issue where timestamps on the invoice and company changelogs did not reflect the factor's time zone.

Fix: Non-Recourse Field Changelog Entry
Resolved an issue where updating the non-recourse field in the Credit Info section of a client profile did not create a changelog entry.
