06/03/2026 Release Notes - System Updates

GENERAL UPDATES

New: AtoB Payment Channel
Added AtoB as a supported payment channel. When AtoB is enabled at the factor level via Integrations, it becomes available as a payment option in Payment Setup and Funding Instructions for Clients, Brokers, and Vendors. AtoB processes the same way as CSV on funding.

New: Company Share Flag
Added a new "Share" flag to all company profiles (Clients, Debtors, Brokers, and Vendors). This flag controls whether a company is shared with integration partners. Defaults to enabled for all existing companies and can be toggled from the Identity section of the company profile.

New: Credit Limit Increase Request
Added a new "Increase by Amount" type to internal credit requests. Users can now submit a request to increase a Client's, Debtor's, Broker's, or Relation's credit limit by a specified dollar amount. When approved, the credit limit is automatically updated.

New: Texas Capital Bank Integration
Added support for Texas Capital Bank as a payment processing integration.

New: Client Non-Recourse Field
Added a Non-Recourse field to the client profile to indicate whether a client operates on a non-recourse basis. This field is also available to Factor Genie for use in credit check rules.

Update: Fuel Advance Chargeback > Approve for Funding Blade
Updated the Fuel Advance Chargeback section in the Approve for Funding blade to be visible to all factors by default. The section only hides when Fuel Advance is fully disabled for the factor or when there are no available chargebacks.

Update: Credit Limit Warning > Quick Request Button
Added a quick action button to the credit limit warning on the Approve for Funding screen. When a funding would exceed a company's credit limit, users can click this button to automatically generate an internal credit limit increase request for the exact amount needed.

Update: Client Invoice Remittance > Chargeback Breakdown
Enhanced the Client Invoice Remittance to include a full chargeback breakdown in both PDF and CSV formats. All chargebacks are listed with their amounts and type (Fuel Advance, Invoice, or Over Advance).

Update: Vendor Payment Date Auto-Select
Updated invoice creation to automatically calculate and pre-select the Vendor Payment Date based on the Quick Pay Fee selected, reducing manual entry.

Fix: Relationship Screen Sorting
Resolved an issue where sorting on the Relationship tab within a client profile only applied to the current visible page. Sorting now applies to the full dataset and remains consistent when paginating.

Fix: Remittance CSV > Missing Invoices
Resolved an issue where downloading the Remittance CSV returned an incomplete set of invoices. The CSV now includes all invoices, matching the PDF output.

Fix: Payment Import Errors
Resolved an error that caused payment imports to fail on all lines except the last two.

REPORTS

New: No Buy Report
Added a new No Buy Report with two views — Client and Debtor — listing all companies flagged as No Buy. Each row displays the company's contact information (name, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, email) and current AR balance, giving factors a quick reference for companies that should not receive further funding.

New: User Activity Report
Added a new User Activity Report that tracks and visualizes system activity by user. The report includes a pivot table showing each user's count of key actions (invoices created, approved for funding, and funded; reserve releases created and funded), a stacked bar chart comparing action mix per user, a top 25 most active users ranking, and a recent collection notes section.

Update: Pending Invoices Report
The Pending Invoices Report now includes a Status column and displays rejected invoices in addition to pending ones. A filter has been added so users can exclude rejected invoices from the view if desired.

New: Client Collateral Report
Added a new Collateral Report providing a per-client snapshot of collateral value (accounts receivable). The report includes columns for Total AR, Ineligible, Disputed, combined Ineligible/Disputed totals, and a net total, with a summary row at the bottom.

New: New Business Report
Added a new "New Business Report" that tracks recently onboarded client accounts. The report includes two views, a Summary grouped by Industry and Account Owner showing total account count and facility amounts, and a Detail view with a row per account displaying the Account Open Date, First Funding Date, Facility Amount, and Total Purchases to date. Accounts are filtered by Account Open Date, and live metrics update each time the report is run.

⏳ IN PROGRESS (NOT YET RELEASED)

The following items were not included in this deployment and will be released in future updates:

• Over Advances – Introducing improved handling and tracking of over advance amounts.

• Client Summary Report (Rebuild) – Rebuilding the Client Summary Report using our new reporting architecture for improved performance and accuracy.

• Cost of Funds – Introducing invoice-level cost of funds tracking. This enhancement will allow factors to configure an interest rate and view the cost of funds calculated per invoice based on outstanding advanced amounts.
