Update: Top 5 Debtors on Dashboards
The Top 5 Debtors on the Factor Dashboard have been updated to display based on AR Balances.
New: Import for Funding Instructions
You can now import funding instructions directly into the system. This allows multiple payment methods for companies, with the first instruction becoming the default if one does not already exist. Vendors are limited to a single funding instruction, while clients and brokers may only have one per payment method. Debtors do not have funding instructions.
Update: Legal Disclosure – Document Upload and Filter
We’ve added support for uploading Legal Disclosure documents in the client document screen. This follows the same rules as NOA, allowing only one active Legal Disclosure at a time, with no need to send upon upload. The new document type has also been added to the search filter and is available for both clients and brokers. When a remit is emailed to a client, the active Legal Disclosure will automatically be included.
New: Invoice Totals
Invoice screens now display totals at the bottom, showing combined invoice balances and amounts for each tab. All tabs include their own totals, and exported reports will also include these values.
Update: Fuel Advance Enhancements
We’ve added improvements to the Fuel Advance module. A new field now allows you to enter a delivery date when creating a Fuel Advance, using a calendar date selector to ensure valid future dates. Additional columns have been added to the Fuel Advance screen, including Client Name and Delivery Date. The “Date” column has also been renamed to “Created On” for clarity.
New: Bank File NACHA Export
We’ve added support for generating a NACHA funding file in addition to the CSV export for ACH transactions. The NACHA file can be downloaded directly from the funded preview screen, alongside the existing CSV export option. This provides greater flexibility for banks that require NACHA format for processing ACH payments.
This is a system feature that can be enabled or disabled in Settings > System Configuration > Optional Features.
Fixed: Accounting Details Export
We fixed an issue where certain Accounting Details exports were not completing correctly. Exports will now generate as expected.
New: Preferred Funding Type
Clients can now select their preferred funding type (ACH, Wire, etc.) when submitting invoices, based on the options available in their profile. The selected funding type is visible on the invoice details screen, with additional enhancements planned for this feature in upcoming releases.
Update: Company – Industry Type Field Display
The Company screen now adjusts which fields are shown based on the selected industry type. For companies marked as General, the Number of Trucks, MC Number, and DOT Number fields are hidden. For companies marked as Transportation, all fields remain visible.
New: Fee Scheduler
The Fee Scheduler is now live and ready to use. You can schedule fees within a client’s profile, and these fees will automatically appear when approving invoices to charge the client. Fees can also be scheduled for future dates. Only fees in Pending status can be edited or deleted, ensuring accuracy and control when applying charges.
New: Client Monthly Statements
Clients can now receive monthly statements summarizing activity from AR, Fees, Escrow, and Cash Reserve. Statements are generated automatically once a month and sent directly to clients by email using a standard template.
This feature is controlled at the client level in the Monthly Statement section of the client profile, where you can enable or disable it and specify the recipient email address(es). By default, the setting is disabled. The email template can be customized in Settings > System Configuration > Email Templates.
Update: Amount Fields
We fixed an issue where amounts could not be pasted into certain fields. Copy and paste is now fully supported in invoice amounts, as well as in term setup and updates (Escrow Reserve Rate, Purchase Rate, Fee per Invoice, and Minimum Purchase Rate).
Update: Company MC Numbers
We fixed an issue where MC Numbers were not displaying correctly for some companies. All MC Numbers now appear as expected in company lists and details.
New: Client Dashboard
A new dashboard is now available within each client profile. The dashboard displays key account details including AR Balance, Escrow Balance, Cash Reserve Balance, NFE, and Aging Buckets. It also highlights the client’s Top 5 Debtors by NFE, making it easier to view activity at a glance.
