Update: Document Uploads for Funded Fuel Advances
We enhanced fuel advances to allow documents to be uploaded even after funding. This provides greater flexibility for attaching supporting documentation throughout the lifecycle of a fuel advance.
Update: Debtor Statement Invoice Order
We updated debtor statements to list invoices in age order, with the oldest invoices shown first. This makes statements easier to review and aligns invoice ordering with standard aging expectations.
Update: Vendor Remittance Details in Broker Mode
We updated vendor remittance files in broker mode to ensure vendors only see vendor-specific payment information. Remittance details now exclude broker-level amounts and internal calculations, providing clearer and more appropriate payment visibility for vendors.
Update: Multiple Email Addresses on Debtor Profiles
We enhanced debtor profiles to support storing multiple email addresses. This provides a more complete record of debtor contact information in one place.
Update: Combined Paperwork File Naming
We updated the file naming for combined paperwork documents to include the invoice number. This makes combined files easier to identify and reduces confusion when reviewing or downloading paperwork.
Update: Vendor Remittance PDF Attachment
We added a PDF version of the vendor remittance to remittance emails. Vendors now receive both CSV and PDF formats, making remittance details easier to view and retain.
Update: Automatic OOS Label on OOS Invoices
We added an automatic OOS label to invoices created through the OOS process. This label is applied by the system and cannot be removed, providing clearer identification and consistent handling of OOS invoices.
Update: First Funding Label on Invoices
We added a First Funding label to help identify invoices associated with a client or debtor’s first funding. The label is applied automatically and updates as invoice details change, making it easier to quickly identify first-funding activity.
Update: Vendor Remittance Email Toggle
We added a remittance email toggle to vendor profiles, allowing you to enable or disable remittance emails sent to vendors. This provides greater control over vendor remittance delivery and aligns vendor settings with existing client remittance preferences.
Update: QP Fee Ledger Enhancements
We updated how QP fees are applied and recorded in the ledger. Broker advances now reflect only the broker portion of QP fees, and QP fee ledger entries have been updated with clearer naming for improved financial reporting and transparency.
Update: Autofill Email on Report Exports
We updated report exports to automatically prefill the logged-in user’s email address. Users can still add or remove recipients as needed, making report exports faster and more convenient.
Update: Preferred Payment Method Field Placement
We moved the Preferred Payment Method field higher in the invoice creation form. This improves visibility and makes it easier to review or select the preferred payment method during invoice entry.
Update: Chargeback Screen Label Updates
We updated the labels on the chargeback screen to use clearer, more consistent terminology. This improves readability and helps make chargeback balances easier to understand at a glance.
Update: First Funding Date on Client–Debtor Relationships
We added a First Funding Date that is recorded when an invoice is funded for a client–debtor relationship for the first time. This date is displayed as a new column on the Relationships tab, providing clear visibility into initial funding activity for each relationship.
Update: Expanded Top Clients and Debtors on the Factor Dashboard
We updated the Factor Dashboard to display up to 10 clients and debtors in the top sections, providing broader visibility beyond the previous limit. Section titles were also updated for clarity and consistency across the dashboard.
Update: Combined Paperwork Access from Invoice Details
Users can now download combined paperwork directly from the Information section within invoice details, making it easier to access all related documentation in one place.
New: Bland AI Invoice Verification Integration
We introduced a new integration with Bland AI that allows invoices to be verified via automated calls prior to funding. This provides an additional verification step to help support invoice validation before funds are released.
