02/17/2026 Release Notes - System Updates

Update: Invoice Conditions Removed from Approve for Funding

We removed the Invoice Conditions section from the Approve for Funding screen to simplify the funding workflow and eliminate non-actionable information.

Update: CSV Import for Fuel Advances

We added support for importing fuel advances using the FA Invoice (Regular) type via CSV, allowing fuel advances to be created in bulk using the standard import workflow.

Update: Create Payment Batch Amount Paste Issue

We fixed an issue where amounts could not be pasted when creating a payment batch and ensured paste functionality works consistently across amount fields.

Update: Prevent Duplicate Payment Cancellations

We fixed an issue that could result in duplicate canceled payment ledger entries by adding backend safeguards to prevent multiple cancellation requests from being processed at the same time.

Update: Client NOA Added to Combined Paperwork

We updated combined paperwork to automatically include the Client NOA at the end of the combined document when one is available.

Update: Dashboard Refresh on Write-Off

We updated the dashboard to immediately reflect changes when a write-off is applied, ensuring funded invoice amounts, invoice counts, and aging bucket totals update in real time.

Update: Invoice Import Enhancements

We refactored the invoice import process to support importing larger volumes of invoices at once, improving performance and reliability for bulk invoice imports.

Update: Payments List Date Filtering

We fixed an issue where late-posted payments could appear under an incorrect date when filtering or exporting the Payments list, ensuring payment dates now reflect accurately across filters and exports.

Update: Approve for Funding & Funding Performance Improvements

We optimized the Approve for Funding and Funding workflows by reducing redundant database queries, improving overall performance and load times.

Update: Invoice Duplicate Detection

We added an API endpoint that provides an easier way to check for duplicate invoices before creation, helping teams validate invoice and reference numbers more efficiently.

Update: Broker Invoice CSV Import

We added support for importing Broker invoices via CSV, allowing broker invoices to be created through the invoice import process without errors.

Update: Aging Buckets for Zero-Balance Invoices

We fixed an issue where applying a payment to a zero-balance invoice could cause the invoice to incorrectly appear in aging buckets on the dashboard, even though the invoice remained closed.

Update: Approve for Funding Sections by Invoice Type

We updated the Approve for Funding screen so the QPF and Vendors sections are only displayed for Broker invoices and are no longer shown for Client invoices.

Update: Approved Fuel Advances Can Be Moved Back to Pending

We added the ability to move approved fuel advances back to Pending, providing more flexibility when adjustments are needed before funding.

Update: Invoice Date Validation on Create & Import

We added validation to prevent invalid or unrealistic invoice dates from being entered during invoice creation or through CSV imports, ensuring invoice dates are accurate and consistent.

Update: Client Summary on Approve for Funding

We updated the Approve for Funding screen to include a client summary, providing visibility into key client account information during the funding review process.

Update: Company Team Filter Expanded Across the Platform

We added a Company Team filter across key areas of the platform, including Companies, Fuel Advances, Fund & Funded, and Payments, allowing records to be consistently filtered by team using the same filter available on the Invoices screen.
