03/31/2026 Release Notes - System Updates

Update: Fuel Advance Close Date
We added a Closed Date field to Fuel Advances to provide visibility into when a fuel advance is fully resolved. This field is now available via API and displayed on the Fuel Advance details screen.
The Closed Date is automatically set when a Fuel Advance reaches a closed status, including when the attached invoice is funded or when a chargeback or funding chargeback is applied.
We also backfilled the Closed Date for previously closed Fuel Advances to ensure historical accuracy.

Update: Increased Invoice Notes Character Limit
We increased the character limit for invoice notes from 2,000 to 5,000, allowing users to store more detailed information directly within the invoice notes field. This update includes adjustments across the database, backend, and UI to support the expanded limit.

Update: Payment Fee Visibility in Approve for Funding
We added the ACH/Wire payment fee as a line item in the funding summary within the Approve for Funding blade and funding-ready batch views to improve transparency and reconciliation.
When the optional feature setting “Group Same Day Invoices” is turned OFF, the payment fee is displayed and deducted from the advance amount for visibility, without impacting the values stored in the database.
We also updated the Payment Amount column to reflect the net amount paid to the client after the payment fee is applied.

New: No Buy Field and Validation
We introduced a No Buy field for Clients, Brokers, and Debtors to allow factors to clearly mark and report entities that should not be funded.
The No Buy field can be set as a system default, is available via API and imports, and is displayed on relevant detail screens.
We also added validation during approval to prevent funding when a Client, Broker, Debtor, or Parent Debtor is marked as No Buy. A new permission, “Can bypass No Buy,” allows authorized users to override this restriction with a warning.

New: First Funding Date for Clients and Brokers
We introduced a First Funding Date field for Clients and Brokers to track the earliest funding activity.
This field is displayed in the Company Info section and is automatically populated based on the earliest associated funding transaction. It is also set during funding if not already populated.
We also backfilled this field for existing Clients and Brokers using their historical funding data to ensure accuracy.
Available via API

⏳ In Progress (Not Yet Released)

The following items were not included in this deployment and will be released in future updates:

  • Over Advances – Introducing improved handling and tracking of over advance amounts.
  • Client Summary Report (Rebuild) – Rebuilding the Client Summary Report using our new reporting architecture for improved performance and accuracy.
  • Write-Offs Workflow – The Write-Offs Workflow is complete and currently in testing. This structured workflow provides clearer handling, improved tracking, and better visibility of write-offs, and will be released upon request.
  • Cost of Funds – Introducing invoice-level cost of funds tracking. This enhancement will allow factors to configure an interest rate and view the cost of funds calculated per invoice based on outstanding advanced amounts.
  • On Account Payments – We are actively working on support for On Account payments, allowing payments received without clear invoice allocations to be tracked, reported, and later applied accurately. This work lays the foundation for improved visibility into unallocated and on-account balances across clients and debtors.
